Stay three nights at the Hotel Minerva in a Standard or Superior room and receive 2 free tickets to visit the floor of the Siena Cathedral.
The pavement of the Siena Cathedral is one of the largest and most valuable examples of large-scale marble inlays, a decorative project that lasted six centuries, from the fourteenth to the nineteenth century. As for the Cathedral, the pavement is also inextricably intertwined with the history of the city itself and its art: for this reason, the Sienese have spared no resources for its creation and conservation over the centuries. It is made up of more than sixty scenes.
Dates for uncovering the floor: from 4 to 26 November and from 10 to 20 December.
