The restaurant is famous for its creamed cod crepes, chickpea soup and the delicious pork fillet with stewed onions. Very good also pici with light pesto with almonds and the fantastic tomato soup served with a roll of eggplant and scalded mozzarella.
Among the second course we recommend the Florentine and the fabulous bites of beef in Chianti with salt potatoes.
The appetizers are abundant, with particular attention to the hot croutons with Sienese ricotta, the palette of cured meats and the dark artichoke in oil with lard.
Happy ending, or better sweettt ending, with panforte semifreddo with caramel sauce or pear pie with vanilla sauce and Vin Santo.
